Gearing up for del mar and trying to end a good hollywood meet with an up note. going to play the mandatory payout in the p/6 and snatch my 4th of the meet, but here are some individual spot plays.

r4: fiery rebel. knapp a disaster with firsters, but this smoke glacken colt is supposed to have a wicked late turn of foot. that style usually doesn't bode well for firsters, but will take a shot with him and a healthy mutuel.

Fiery rebel had some "fire" at the end. LOL. Still paid 7.00 for second. Made money. Thanks,

second timer captain steel was too much, but fiery ran ok for a clunk up 2nd.

r5: lemon punch. lemon dropp kid a whale of a turf sire and no surpris this one took money and ran well to break his maiden last out. this is a big step up, particularly against million dollar run, but for some reason that i clearly cannot grasp, tehy're trying this gal on the grass after threee very nice poly runs. i'm not biting at 8/5 and if she wins, i ti my cap. also like van brit who sat a perfect trip last out to win, but is bred to handle the weeds and look like she has some upside for underrated sire, van nistelrooy.

tip my cap and move on.

r6: i want revenge. obviously, candy lion is going to be tough, but if for some reason he doesn't break well from the inside, it leaves room for a firster- i'm choosing between mr. road and i want revenge and will lean to the better price in here as mullins' runners have been quite live of late.

my quest for prices may lead me to one of those days where the p/6 pays $300, but i will try again.

r7: church service. blanc is one of my nemesis riders- he's basically incompetent, but wins just often enough, particularly on the weeds, to screw me. i'm playin ghim here in what looks like a bit of a paceless cast. hence, the money coming in on leading rider and closer cedar mountain and bejarano is a bit misplaced, at least i hope so.

I love the 1 horse here.
Way to big of a price for a lone speed.
Throw out his last.
