Just bought a big ole' steak to eat tonight. I bought a couple of those bacon chedder twice baked potatoes to go with it. mmmmmmm. . .. Those things are delicious.

baked tator, angel hair pasta, mac n cheese, baked beans. Coco pebbles.

baked potatoe, creamed spinach and grilled asparagus. Also a nice salad with either russian or blue chees dressing to start. marinate the asapargus in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic for about 1/2 hour and then grill it until charred but not droopy. Some sauteed mushrooms with some sherry wine vinegar are also a nice side dish. Getting hungry as I type. My dam grill is broken too. Oh and a nice cabarnet or a tasty sierra nevada pale ale.

Roasted grape or cherry tomatoes go great with a steak...


Roast them at like 500 degrees for 5 minutes with some thyme olive oil+ salt and pepper..
