Friday the 13th in NOLA - anything can happen so I'll seek out the long shots. Expect the unexpected!

Race 1 - #3 Samaronti (10-1) Bred to love the surface change so I expect improvement. The long stretch may be his undoing, but I'll bite if the price is right.

Race 2 - #3 Yashima (20-1) Gelded, worked steadily (and nicely), and goes back to sprinting. Wouldn't surprise me to see him in the thick of it.

Race 3 - #3 Creole Candy (9-2) Failed as the chalk in last, but should end up on grass today and with that I expect a better effort.

Race 4 - #3 Muscadine (4-1) Just realized I'm on the 3 horse in each of the first four races. This can't be good.

Race 5 - #1 Gymnastic (9-2) Seems to have found her proper level. Will be in it, but needs to hold off the 2 & 3.

Good Luck!

Yes professor i am totally baffled why this #7 horse in the 6th race at Aqueduct won.
He won easily defeating a tough field...I presume this horse was juiced by trainer George Weaver
and probably some new masking PED that NYRA hasn't figured out yet...I would ask you to look
into this. The horse was 8-1 morning line which also baffled me....Early betting he was 4-1 which sent
shivers in my back. Someone or thing put heavy money on this horse early....Look into this with
your racing knowledge and give an update on what happen.

I dunno how long before horse racing closes us down...but we are the only legit game in town remaining.

Be Well Professor and continue asking the questions that need to be asked.

I did not handicap the race myself but I did run the Aqueduct card thru my handicapping program.
Program had the horse picked 2nd and after a quick review of my preliminary report shows the horse looked like it could be the best in the field with what appears like a pace advantage. No need to fully cap that field .... horse was a solid contender, at the very least.
Sorry, SS! I'm sure that isn't what you were expecting.
Now if you want me to dive into a full investigation of the Weaver barn then that's another thing.
It is time consuming but fun when we dig the dirt. I don't play NYRA, but I do have all the data required for mining.

Masking PED's are not new .... they've been using this stuff for well over a decade. Just new to the guys that don't believe in data evidence.
