Not sure I will bet against every big 10 team but no way I can trust one of the worse teams in the conference in Illinois. Give me La Tech -7. Good luck.

My Notre Dame loving buddy has done this in years past with horrible results. So much so that he is betting on every Big 10 team this year. Just an fyi. Good luck this year, the bottom 3/4 is not good.

Big 10 still had some good teams. It's LTech who I wouldn't trust against a power conference. I got to watch Illinois in person when they came to play the U of Washington and even though they got stomped, they'd showed offensive flashes against a very very good Husky defense. They even beat a very underrated team in the Golden Gophers. I can't see either team running away with it is why I'm on Illinois +6, but I've definitely been wrong before. GL

I actually have a few big 10 teams picked but Illinois ain't one of them. I know La Tech is no powerhouse but I'll take my chances. Good luck either way u choose to go. I'll probably be on Rutgers later as I can't bring myself to trust UNC with all the crap they have going on at that entire university.

The big 10 is a .500 bowl conference. Here are the team records in the previous 5 years: First is S/U, then ATS.

Illinois. 2-0, 2-0
Indiana. 0-0
Iowa. 2-3, 3-2
Michigan. 1-3, 1-3.
Michigan State. 3-2, 3-2.
Minnesota. 0-3, 1-2.
Nebraska. 1-2, 1-2 since joining the Big 10.
Northwestern. 2-3, 2-3.
Ohio State. 2-2, 2-2.
Penn State. 1-2, 1-2.
Purdue. 1-1, 1-1.
Wisconsin. 1-4, 2-3.

Total: 18-23. 19-22. Not a lot to choose from.

Like other conferences you gotta pick and choose your spots. Hadn't looked closely but I'm guessing that most big 10 teams are getting points while most sec teams are laying points. The sec is usually overvalued simply because Vegas knows that the public is gonna bet on most on sec teams in bowls.

1-0 fading them but I'm gonna take Rutgers +3.5 so not fading them there. Good luck.

Well looks like I'm gonna be 2-0 involving b10 teams. Gonna try and finish off a perfect day with NC State +2.5! Good luck!
