You think Tulsa has the firepower to take Houston out? I dunno, i have a pretty low rating for Tulsa. That is what made that SMU +16.5 play for me last week so juicy.

If you believe in spot, perception, matchup & value... then you would know why I'm playing Tulsa. This is actually my biggest play of the week. I really really like this play. Question... why is the line so low if Houston is sooooooo F'ing good.

I made the line Houston -7. I don't like Houston's defense much, but i still think oddsmakers have too high of a power rating for Tulsa.

Fade...Since I'm here in Oklahoma I hear a few things in the local news and papers about Tulsa. And this past weekend against SMU they were on their 6th different offensive line combination. Graham is still trying to find the right player chemistry that will get the job done. Their offensive production has gone down in the last month. And because of the line blocking problems they're having right now, it's throwing QB Kinne off his game. And he has no rhythm in his passes. It cost them a couple interceptions against SMU that really hurt them. Plus he was rushed and overthrowing his receivers.. They expained it in detail tonight on the local sports. I'm not saying they can't get it worked out this week and keep it close with Houston. I'm just giving you the heads up.

Thanks for the heads up GoSooners. I appreciate the insight from the source. Was just kinda of funky to see why the line is so low? W/all those injuries, don't you think the line should be set a lil higher?

Bro, same thing w/Auburn's situation last week. Everyone was saying that they were shallow on defense, coaches fighting amonst each other & they've been losing as of late. Look how that game turned out.

How would Vegas be off by 6pts? Especially the way Tulsa's been playing as of late. We all know how they are playing right now. Losing as DD faves to SMU & UTEP str8 up.

...........and we hittin the favs on tuesdays?............
As it looks right now... I'm leaning hard on BGU. Unless I get some real game changing info, then Falcons it is. Play will be released around an hour before game time.

I'm with you on Tulsa. Houston's defense cannot stop anybody and we saw Tulsa somewhat contain a really physical Boise State offense, on Wednesday night football a few weeks back.

I think the line really tells the story here. I'll have more but I think Tulsa is definitely a sharp play and a ton of people are going to get suckered into Keenum and how good Houston's offense is and not realize Tulsa is pretty decent defensively and the Cougs aren't stopping anybody, especially on the road.
