list some. frustration take out time

I hate seated cable back rows becuase I have to sit upright, even though I really want to dig in by leaning back.

I am pretty sick of doing dumbell curls...I feel like I've done a million reps lifetime....I do them pretty heavy (otherwise I feel like they don't do anything for me)

Calf exercises, I don't even bother anymore...at this point, whatever I get from leg presses will have to be suffice for my calves...

Never cared for one arm DB rows for lats either...

I don't care for squats either...in fact I stick with leg presses, curls and extensions...those days are over.

Soccer might be one of the best ways to keep that lard off your arse and belly... I used to play a long time ago...nothing better than running around after that ball for an hour to 90 mins..... i havent played in years...

Basketball is ok but the problem is you have to find a good court with good players instead of the street ball shit at the gym!!!! (ie...one guy grabs the ball drives to the hoop playing one on one while every body else stands practically still....Doink doink rebound race back to other end of court and stand still....rinse and repeat!!!1)

Squats for me. I have "chicken" legs....but I run quite a bit. I do lunges and calf work once or twice a week, but not much as far as heavy thigh work. I realized a long time ago I wasn't going to look like Arnold one day!

I actually enjoy the treadmill. I live in Florida. If I don't get outside by 10am or after 7:30pm for cardio (running) I usually hit the treadmill during the summer time. In the winter I'll do treadmill if the weather is nasty outside also....

Same happened to me at the beginning so try to 1 - 3 reps to start and you can increase the # of reps every week...in 2 months you'll be doing 3 sets 10-15reps easily :103631605
