I love them also with the way the Lakers have been playing lately... but I hate being one in the crowd.

anyone want to shade a little light?

public is 68-32% on Celtics, yet line moves AGAINST the lakers?!?!?!?!?! Can't ignore it, Lakers -2 for me.....an action play more than anything, but should be a good game regardless

It doesn't matter which team the public is on. Clearly Lakers are not playing well and Boston is real strong. Lakers got no backup point guard today when Fisher is on the bench. Boston will also want to continue their winning streak. It's Boston +2 or no play.

I may do something that never works. Ive been planning on the Celtics being my bet for weeks, knowing the line would basiclly be lakers favored by a few points. Something just tells me now that at home on Christmas LA will find a way to win even though Boston is the much better team.

Cant ignore heavy action on one side, a team that is 27-2 and on a 19 game winning streak yet an underdog. Kind of like when a ranked team is a dog to an unranked team imo.

seems alot of people are taking lakers but im on bos

was tempted to take bos ml but in case its close ill stick with the points

Mr_Mark - FWIW - I subscribe to your NBA picker thread and like what you always come up with. :toast:

I agree with you on Boston. Everybody keeps bringing up the bad blood from the finals last year, and frankly, I don't think this game is the finals.

This year, Boston has apparently learned from the few mistakes they made last year. It's a different kind of ball game and tonight should prove that out.

I have a few other comments on the matter here:
