i realize that war is a very serious subject...but the way GARY TRUDEAU's strip DOONESBURY covers the events in IRAQ (among other current events) goes to show he is the absolute master of satire...
they way he can make you laugh about something so serious, without being offensive or in bad taste is incredible...

Either its "funny" in both circumstances or in neither of the two. This is true "satire".
