One thing though, if you want to date a European you better like chimneys because that is essentially what you will be kissing. Amazing how much Europeans talk about how healthy they are compared to Americans, yet smoke up a frickin storm. You can never get a cup of coffee in a cafe there if you value your lungs. You can't eat food anywhere, restaurant, food court, McDonalds...you name it they are all overrun with smoke. Funniest thing that most Americans might not realize, but in Spain and Portugal lots of the younger crowd goes to McDonalds around 8 or so and takes over a bunch of tables. It is a cheap place to get a beer and have some smokes before heading off to the clubs. You haven't experienced McDonalds until you can't breathe because of the smoke, you see more people with beers than cokes, and you hear techno pretty much blasting in the seating area. I kid you not.
