What are some of the best European sports(soccer)handicapping forums?

Also, do PROFESSIONALsports handicappers have pay tax on their winnings in the United Kingdom since that their main source of income?

Any idea what if there are other European countries that are tax-free?

I can only speek for Norway but we are basically tax free as long as one follows one simple rule. As long as the payout is lower than 10000NOK ($1500). It doesn't matter whether we get a payout today and tomorrow as long as the individual amounts is less than 10000.

Scorpion. In the UK nobody has to pay tax on winnings from any form of gambling. Even professionals. Don't know about other European countries though.

i for once haven't found any decent soccer forums out there. Most are hosted by proffesional tipsters and are frequented by kids or posters with low iq's and little or no experience in sports betting. Ghosts and misinformation abound too.

Basically you don't have to pay tax on gambling or betting winnigs from other countries in EU, if EU-country you are living doesn't tax those winnings. But, but....

Example. In Finland all lotto, bingo, and betting wins are tax free, so I don't have to pay tax if I withdraw some winnings from abroad.
EU General advocat has said that, but Finnish shithead politicans still try to tax those winnings. One woman made a holiday trip from Finland to Sweden and won on lotto. I'm not sure, but I think that the case will go to the higher court later, but a stituation right now is that WINNINGS ARE TAX FREE.

Scorpion, if you are thinking which country to move, it's England. Their betting and gambling policy is a lot above other countries.
