To be fair, kicking his ass in the courtroom is NOT a significant accomplishment. I'm thinking a good debater from the 5th grade can do that.
I don't know his real name, don't want to. I won't ever do something to harm him or anybody, but I do find something rather perplexing here. HOW THE FUCK CAN SOMEBODY SPEND SO MUCH TIME IN COURT? DOES HE OWN SOME DUBIOUS RECORD FOR MOST COURT CASES? He might be involved in more cases than an actual attorney.
Imagine if he put all this effort into something productive? He'd probably be an advocate for lower taxes.
I'm thinking Ms Cheong must not like him much, probably has a personal vendetta against him. Imagine dealing with his idiocy in real life? Poor woman
He’s collecting Social Security so he’s got time on his hands. He is, by my guess, a career frivolous lawsuit filer. It’s the name of the game. Plays the numbers. Probably knows he’ll lose many cases but just needs that one that pays thousands if not millions. Along the way he’s probably collected some small settlements.
It’s the Al Sharpton extortion mentality. Sharpton goes around companies and threatens racial lawsuits even though it’s bullshit and he’d lose but companies would rather settle than to spend the legal fees. Duhhhfeces probably operates the same way wanting companies to settle to spare the headache.

Aside from Duhhhfeces being a career frivolous lawsuit filer and side hustle con man, I will say I was once told by a conservative lawyer that it’s not All bad with people winning cases against these big corporations for millions of dollars. Take for example that lady that won millions from McDonalds for spilling hot coffee on her legs. McDonalds had a reputation for serving coffee that was extremely boiling hot. The only way you can get a corporation to change their behavior is to hit them where it hurts or enough whereas it gets their attention so that they make changes to policy and procedures.
What I hate are the people like Duhfucknutz who takes advantage of the system but what can one do about it? Unfortunately nothing for the system allows it. At least it helps keep people like Holly Cheong stay employed to be a thorn on his side. She must look at him in disgust. I know I would. Actually I think I’d enjoy looking at him in disgust.
