Does anybody know how trusty is www.epassporte.com?, apparently you can get an instant virtual Visa Debit card which is not rejected on gaming sites.

No, it´s not the same because prepaidATM can not be used by non US residents (my case), this is just a Visa debit card that you can fund with your standard credit card, but what they claim is that this Debit card wont be rejected as the others. It looks great as long as you don´t get rejected to fund it and if epassportet is a "quite serious" company, this is what I don´t really know.

The only sports-related site that takes epassporte VISA I've found is Tradesports. Otherwise you have some online casinios and of course poker sites that take epassporte directly (not via VISA).
I like the concept of both VISA and ATM, so you're not limited to Neteller $1k/day withdrawals at ATM's. I like spending a little here and there without having to pay fees for it.
You can also load your Pay Pal account with it then do something with Pay Pal debit card and/or direct to checking if you want checking. But note Pay Pal is US institution so for record keeping purposes...

I used to be in the adult webmaster industry and we were all about to get on the bandwagon with this company. They had a great presence at a lot of the conventions. At first they were under the paycom.net (epochsystems) umbrella paycom.net, epochsystems.com (and they still may be). I want to say that I remember a red flag with them but I am not sure. It could have had to do with the adult industry as the business was being shaken up big time at that point with new laws and policies being enacted.

It could have been the same that they couldnt provide a merchant at a low price for the adult industry too. VISA started all these crazy regulations back then, almost to the point where you couldnt sign up for adult using visa.
