I havent been able to post here lately because my computer is acting up on me but just for the record I am still ******* furious about Saturday night. Oh well, what are you gonna do. Anyway I see Ebo -200 at Pinny and Im really disappointed. I was expecting a pretty even line for this fight. Anyone going to take Burton?

Yeah I love Ebo in this but I dont want to lay that wood. I was thinking that the line would come out pretty even.

Agree. The number is inflated. Lets face it. These stiff p****s
know who we like and charge us accordingly. I may lay off due to price also. Lets look for something better.

I figured it would be close, and even leaned toward Burton at first. I Ended up going with Elder at the last minute small, going on the reccomending from a friend. Glad I won. Wish I could have seen it.

it was brutal....elder looked like "the elephant man"...his face was grotesque...

i only saw the 8th round on.....and it looked to me like elder was ready to go several times...he looked to me like the much smaller guy and if burton had the stamina to sustain his attack he could have stopped elder..

that said, elder has about as much in the guts and courage dept. as any fighter i`ve seen....

he looked half dead on his stool....he wasn`t responding to his bloodthirsty father half the time...

i don`t know where he got the will to pull that off...because,from what i saw...from the 8th round on....elder was in deep do-do more often than not....

that was amazing....elder is one tough s.o.b....

The scoring was a joke having elder 2 and 4 points up going into the 12th. Burton has some skill but I question his heart and killer instinct. I magine what Castillo does to Elder or what any of the other top lightweights do to him.

I didn't bet the fight, but it was a hell of a performance from Elder in the blood and guts department. As noted earlier, his head was badly swollen, had a nice cut over right eye and almost collapsed on the stool after round 8 or 9. His father started praying for his son, and after seeing Elder's performance in the championship rounds can chalk it up to sheer courage and determination and perhaps a little bit of divine intervention. If you have Showtime On Demand, I highly recommend you watch what turned out to be a highly entertaining fight. I just hope Burton came out of the fight in good condition.

That was an AWESOME fight. That is fight of the year material. It was seriously one of the best fights that I've seen in a few years.

I thought Elder showed alot. Burton came to fight unlike against Augustus.
I think Ebo might be the real deal but the fanatical religous thing concerns me a little. It might soften him up a bit and take some of the edge off him.
