the champions catching 4 with a whopping 181 total?
detroit has allowed miami like 80 pts per game and hold thier punk card winning like 9 of the last 11.
it seems too easy with miami having a (what seems like) 2 weeks off.. gonna just watch this first game, i smell a rat.
i would go the opposite way and take miami and the over just to do it, but i tried that mistake before. trying to outGUESS the game itself rarely pays.

I am a little nervous about everyone being on Detroit. But if Detroit covers, I will regret not wagering on them. I have to put a unit on Detroit.

if there was ever a game that said we're showing the champions no respect, for them and thier defense this line would do it.
in the ideal world detroit would look to take what belongs to them, like you said, if more people were on miami i'd jump on detroit and under with both feet....but who knows maybe this is a line fake and a once in a series opportunity....i gotta wait and see; then take my lumps if it comes out as expected.

lump takin' time.:hitting: :hitting: :hitting: :hitting: :hitting: this was a false favorite and a gift, as for the rest of the way like i said in an earlier post i believe detroit is the best team in the league and will prove it once again.
i will ride the favorite in game 2 no matter who it will be, along with the over.(the only way i'll take miami the rest of the series is if they are favored in game 2 or catching more than 10 in detroit)
wade will get hot as will the rest of the heat but it just won't be enough.
i realize that one game does not make a series, but detroit giving anything less than 4 in miami, or less than 7 in detroit will be gifts as well.
with shaq not 100%, along with detroit's torrid pace and depth on offense and size on defense, miami's morale will fade fast and make them resort to an outside shooting team after tonight's game.
if they lose game 2, they will be swept....period.
