2 struggling teams.....neither plays very good defense, shoots ft's well, or 3 pointers well. delaware plays a little better defense. Toledo will force more to's. Probably a close game, since neither team can finish. slight edge to Delaware.

Delaware is pretty banged up. Toledo is the more talented team but they are so unpredictable on the road. I'm going with Toledo.
