getting really good sixth sense vibes from this. ever since they wamboozled zona on thanksgiving i felt theyd make a run.
Sure as hell love them over minnesota after watching the vikings suck ass against the giants last week.
crowd was dead as well.
One thing i hate..
Jackson in a playoff game vs The Eagles...

Too many things happened and the stars alligned for Philly not to at least win this game.

I like Philly as well.

He takes a ton of heat, but me and my wallet will go to war with McNabb any day.

Philly has been hot and cold, but Minnesota just looks pretty mediocre to me after the last month or so. If Philly brings their A game I see Minnesota getting smacked down.
They smoked Arizona, true, but they barely squeeked out a win against the Giants who had back-ups in for a good portion of the game, favored by 7. Why could they only beat Detroit by 2 and 4 points? Eagles clearly have the potential to kick their ass.

The week people start believing Philly could be the best team in the league (welcome to the club people it took you a while eh?) just sets up too nicely for a Philly failure. Obviously going by how a team just seems to choke when people start to believe in them is no way to handicap but it's hard not to feel this way....

I'd hafta agree, Philly should lay it on, but then again, Peterson might roll and really slow 'em down.

you r falling into the vegas trap

watch out for the vikings

Have faith brother. Our team will prevail. Plus, my friend is a Vikings fan and he has the hedge going on with big $$$$ on the iggles. I usually like to hedge too but I'm tired of losing money. Iggles ML for me.

Most of you guys base your opinion on how Minnesota played last week. They had so much to lose and Giants were as relaxed as a team can be. Those are the hardest games to win. And as for the crowd, if you guys watched the game you'd know that the crowd was loud as it always is in Minnesota. Yes, they lost their patience with the Vikings on several occasions, but this is the playoffs and the building will be rocking. Philladelphia is better, but all that 'it won't even be a sellout, the crowd will not support this team, Tavaris will throw 10 picks today, the Eagles have a dominant defense, better QB' can only motivate their excellent defense and the best RB in the league. The medias are writting the Vikings off, and that's not a good thing. By the way, Minnesota found a way to win at New Orleans when the whole world was saying 'New Orleans in a blowout', they beat Chicago by 20, Arizona by 21 (at Arizona), Jacksonville by 18 (at Jacksonville), Carolina by 10. They almost won against Indianapolis. This team can beat anyone when not making mistakes. Don't be surprised when they beat the Eagles this week.

I don't think Minn can win this one either, but how many times Eagles disappointed you this season? Maybe they will win by 1 pt (21-20) to screw you again. Don't jump on the bangwagon.
PS: Maybe final will be TIE 20-20:nohead:

Vikings D-line matches up well against Philly and should contain Westbrook. Peterson has the ability to take this game over regardless of Jackson's shaky play. Bottom line: Do you really want to take your chances with Andy Reid & McNabb ???

While Peterson is a ridiculous beast of a player, the Eagles run D is stout. If they can get 8 in the box, keep AP to a moderate day, and blitz the donkey shit out of Jackson...2-4 turnovers is not out of the question.
