i have no idea, but i do know there seems to be a dozen different echeck type places. probably everytime the government cracks down on one the book will do away with it and change to a different one.
you can probably call the book and ask for what echeck place they use.
as for debit cards, just depends on the issuing bank i think.
should be able to use those pre-paid debit cards.
