Don't bet against the Duke bias in college basketball.....any team that loses 5 out of their last 11 and still gets a number 1 seed....don't bet against them ever....t.v. wants Duke in this...thats how you knew Kansas was going to beat UAB...t.v. wants the big names....they were crying when arizona losr early...they were begging for a duke/arizona match-up.....don't eer forget that t.v. rules all this shit....ciao
Also remember that DUKE had very physical guards. They matchup well Defensively at the Guard Position AND the penetrate & Dish well on the Offensive end. XAVIER will keep it close for a while, but DIKE pulls away for the Cover in the end. They BIG GAME experience as well as the explosiveness will prove to be too much for X-Men.

Is Chris Duhon still hurting from his fall into the camera a few games back or is it considered a non-factor now?? He seemed to be wincing a little bit last night from what I could tell watching game on TV at the bar .... with Xavier's stellar guard play Duhon obviously will be a huge factor .... Redick still seems a bit inconsistent to me, I'm leaning towards taking the points.
If the guards cancel each other out,I think Duke has a huge edge up front. 8 seems like a lot but Duke does not miss free throws so if it comes down to that and a cover you have to like your chances.

this ones looking like the texas game friday night. the line bounced between 2.5 to 3 and i had a bad feeling about that game. dukes line is bouncing a bit between 7.5 to 8 and thats a warning by my own numbers that its best to grab the points here. it happened today with st joes. by my numbers they were a 1.5 pt fav not a 3.5 pt dog. so im on kansas and xavier.
If you ask me, Duhon is a terrible ball-handling point guard....turns the ball over frequently...but again, gets the benefit of wearing the Duke shirt...just like they all do....this team is better than average, but give them the Duke label and put that potato headed Coach K. on their bench, and, well,they get the calls.....they are the media darlings....hard to bet against them
