Drill or not?

The subject has taken a back seat recently but now that gas is down to around $2 a gallon, what do you think the new administration will do, drill or not?

electric definently the wave of the future. they can only go 40 miles without having to be recharged though at the moment.

The administration does not drill Dave, the oil companies do, and right now they are cutting back on drilling and on exploration.

The "Drill, Drill Now" was all political bullshit. Most rigs were in the field drilling away while the Republicans were jumping up and down making ass' of themselves.

That's only the chevy volt. We have had cars capable of 200 miles between charges marketed in this country before.

There is plenty of oil up around ND,MT,SD,WYO & Manitoba Canada...They have the technology to drill horizontally for it....Bigger supply than all the middle east combined.

It cost big bucks to drill as deep as they have to now also the horizontal drilling is expensive. No one is going to be aggressively drilling at these prices.

Not in the south and I doubt much of anywhere outside the northeast USA.

Because France in particular has embraced nuclear power. We won't have that option for at least 8 more years.
