Dont bother use Optionsports.com!!!! I called them 2 times this am. The lady told me to call back for the market director in the afternoon. Here is the phone conversation i copied. Man It was awful what he said to me!!!!

I use relay call because i am deaf. A relay call is relay users connect to a Communications Assistant through the Internet relay website, and communicate by typing outgoing messages on their computer

Just wanted to share you all. a good customer service is a MUST if you put in money with a sportsbook feeling kind and trust!

Dont bother or play with Option Sports!!! Very disrespectful if a deaf person have a urgent question, he or she do not derserve this conversation in future dates.

yes your right I want top sportsbooks. someone told me that optionsports.com was a good sportsbook to use so i looked at sportsbookreview.com and it was a b rating(i think) . I decide to give it a shot. Now i dont believe what sportsbookreview says for each sportsbook. look what happened to me on phone. It was a shocking to me. it should be a F rating!

Lets be completely realistic and look at this objectively.

Did the manager act like an insensitive prick? Yes.

Is Option backed by CRIS (a la DSI/GMS)? Yes.

You're completely delusional if you think this manager's behavior should translate into an "F" rating, a warning, or anything of the like.

I go to a doctor (specialist) who is one of the best in nation and receives tons of accolades from his peers. He is frequently quoted in the trades and is considered one of the best in his area of discipline.

However, the doctor, like the Option manger is a complete prick with no bedside manner. Is compassion an important attribute? Of course. Nonetheless, neither he, nor the book is running a poplularity contest.

I'm interested in getting paid by the book and being treated by the best doctor I have available to me.

If I have to go through some BS but can sleep well at night knowing my money is safe, that is perfectly fine by me.

While I can sympathize with you and agree that was pretty bizarre behavior from Option. The behavior while rude was between sportsbook and marketing prospect…not sportsbook and player. If such conversation occurred between book and player I can reasonably assure you that it would affect their rating.

Someone there owes you an apology for their ugly and unprofessional communiqué with you.
