Does this happen to anyone else when contacting CS?

When asking customer service a question by e-mail, I never seem to get a direct answer to my question. I seem to get a form response to my topic, but no answer. It's like robots are responding to my e-mails.

It happens all the time. Does this happen to anyone else?

always happens to me when i contact pinnacle,they respond with an answer that is a non answer

I have asked Pinnacle several questions via email. I always thought their answers were quick and to the point.

One thing that is very courteous of Pinny is that if a CS can't immediately answer at least they email back and say that you're email is being forwarded to a different dept.

I don't like to e-mail queries, necessary with Pinny. I've received some poor answers there, as well!

What pisses me off most is getting disconnected when phoning the book. Bowman's is alway's great ! I've never had to e-mail Mansion after going thru initial BS. Wagerweb seems least competent on phone since Tony Marsoni left.

CR books seem the worst with phone stuff and dis-connects ! Even the good ones like HW, WW, and RIO, have phone probs. Many left out HW makes you call for wd. Others like WSEX, CRIS, 5D,WWTS, etc. ... I guess I forget them since I don't need to call them much !
