He's not going anywhere. He knows the roster is shit. Before I thought they might be better than 2 or 3 teams in the west, Utah, Sacramento, and Minnesota. With all the injuries now I'm not sure they are better than anyone. Kobe is a beast, he's done things year after year that will never be replicated. It's too bad in his last 2 years the management bunged everything up and can't even field a competitive roster. He just got back from two major injuries and all of the sudden he has to carry all the offensive burden again; definitely another accident waiting to happen.
They made an enormous mistake with Steve Nash and he'll never see the floor again. Giving Kobe 48 million for two years was also a mistake and with Julius Randle out for the year they won't have to try very hard to be a lottery team. I defy any semi knowledgeable fan to name more than three players on their team not named Kobe.
