Nope. Only vague mentions of enemies. I think he just means non-assimilated brown people in general, tho. Come to think of it, we haven't been seeing any of those colour-coded alerts since around the beginning of November or so, either.

Maybe they actually caught Bin Laden but just didn't want to brag.
