I have many that stand out........
Most fun getting drunk- Outdoor pit at the Harrahs small limits out there, I think it was 200 or 300, but they make it so much fun, you really dont care. Smokin hot dealers, waitresses, and customers. The pit boss (johnny cochrane lookalike) is dancing and giving high fives. They suspended play to get all the dealers and the pit boss to pose for a picture. Sad thing is I heard they closed it down.
Best run- I was in day 8 of a 9 day trip and my team had just lost out in fourth place in our Pool Tournament and I was the one to blame as I laid a egg. Went to Mandalay Bay severly short stacked. I could nothing right, when I decided to change things up and started betting odd numbers such as $53 or $109 or $231 whatever. Just me and a buddy at the table at about 4am. Went on one hell of a run, walked out about 3 hrs later up close to 30k each.
Best dealer story- Was at the LV club downtown, by far my favorite place to play downtown. There is a tiny little slots only place right by the LV club (mardi gras I believe) they sell these huge frozen daquiri drink and for a extra couple of bucks you can get a extra everclear in it. I was somewhere betwen # 4 and 5 when I was playing double deck all by myself with 4 buddies sweatin it. I had a small bet up, when I get a 10 and a 6 against a 10. I show my buddies and say "what should I do?" Dealer asks "what do you have?" I tell him and he says "you gotta hit" I take the hit and sure enough, I get another 10 for 26. I ask "what now, I have 26" He says "dont stop now". So I say alright "gimme another" What do you know another 10 for 36. I asked for another, but by this time the pit boss is there and I get repremanded, but not once did I lie, I just let the dealer play the cards for me. That is the only time I have ever hit on 26 in my life.
Best time overall- Peacock Lounge at the Hard Rock. Me and 5 buddies decide to take a shot before going out and we buy in for 3k each. About 30 minutes in Some guy comes in and since acouple of us were playing on top of each other we had room for another player or 2. The table is doing well and we are all having a good time, we start talking with this guy and he proceeds to tell us he works for JENNA JAMESON (marketing guy for her) He says he is meeting Jenna at the club in the hard rock. We play for another maybe hour and a half. We all did well and are having a great time. We decide to leave and head for the club. When we get up to the VIP area sure enogh there is not only this guy with Jenna, but also the Dahm triplets. We Start talking with all of them like we are long lost friends. We leave there and head to Drais at the Barbary Coast and at 8 am we head over to CH2. Well let me tell you when you walk into a strip club with Jenna Jameson and 3 beautiful Playboy centerfolds, you are going to have the best time of your life!
