Aloha gang, I was thinking that this TCU line seems alittle low for a #10 ranked team , who's undefeated at home, as well as, on the season. They have alot of motivation to play each and every remaining game all out to win and win impressively , as accomplishing this may give them a shot at a BCS Bowl, and a huge pay day, not to mention, add to the school's recognition, respect, and reputation.

Cincy their opponent is pretty much out of anything and must still be in a tail spin after that heartbreaking and disappointing loss to UCF. Really cant see any type of motivation on their part, at least not to the level of TCU's. Plus against this TCU def. ranked 10 against the run. I have to think that this teams bread and butter, which is running , will be in for a short day, yardage wise. The cincy QB , also not good enough to be relied upon to win game for Cincy, or mount any sustainable comeback. Not against this Def., and not at this hostile place.

Because of these advantages, and I am sure their are more that some may offer. I am wondering why this line as low as it is . I am thinking it should be about min -9 to -11 on TCU. Does anyone else agree or disagree, please share your opinions and comments. Aloha CC.

Tough call for me @ -7 tom. Waiting for next week with TCU @ So Miss. Toughest test will be winning outright in Hattiesburg, many have failed at this! Line will be interesting on that one. GL

I don't think they can risk looking ahead to S Miss next week , and I feel they wont. They are the team to beat. So if anything could cost them in next weeks game, it taking S Miss to lightly because of their rankings.

Plus, even if they peaked ahead, this Cincy team is not and does not have the players to compete against this team, with an interested TCU or an not so interested TCU squad who has the advantage of the home crowd to help fuel this lack of interest. Cincy gets no help to boost their play on the road, and they know this.

Im on Cincy +7 and heres why.....

September 1 at Tulane W 38-35
September 6 Navy W 17-3
September 20 Vanderbilt W 30-14
September 27 at Arizona W 13-10
October 4 Army W 27-0
October 10 at South Florida W 13-10
October 18 UAB W 27-24
October 25 at Houston W 62-55
November 5 No. 25 Louisville W 31-28

TCU IS OVER RATED, they barely got by a South Florida team that turned division 1 two years ago, TULANE?????? They are over rated and Cincy will play them tough. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT A LEGITAMATE BCS BOWL TEAM!!!!!

I called Larry Ness sports and his Mr. Vegas play is Cincinnatti. Tcu could be thinking ahead to So. Miss. I think a tight game here and spread is too close for me. Good luck guys.

Cincy has been money on the road as 7 point dogs or more. TCU seems like the logical play, so I'm on Cincy.

Big Earn,

let me get this straight, your saying that because something has logic to it, you do the opposite. Don't see the logic in that.

Well I guess logic WINS out BIG in this game as TCU starts out alittle slow, but then does as I expected them to do. A big blowout of Cincy, a team caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thank you TCU for coming through and providing that big WIN as my CONF. USA BIG PLAY OF THE MONTH. Aloha , and stay tuned for the next big play of the month coming next week. See ya, CC.

Hardwaymoney, they already covered the 7 in a demolishing of Cincy last week.

Lewis , I will be definately looking at your post to see your reasonings. As for now , it looks like the battle against two good defenses. Edge going to the Golden Eagles, as they will be at home, ready and waiting for their #10 ranked opponent. TCU does hold the edge on Offense as S. Miss does not really have any threats in this category. Their rushing Off. sucks which does not set up their Off. to take advantage of their mediocre passing game. They owe alot of their success to their Def. Last week it almost cost them , as they almost got caught looking to this one. But should be deffinately a low scoring def struggle, and with the points being in favor of #10 ranked TCU, I definately will have to do some more homework. As for now , will be looking at some of the others opinions. Aloha CC.
