So it's not okay to compare political leaders in the United States to members of the 3rd Reich? How about Stalin? Saddam Hussein?
For the record, I think a "vacation" for this is ridiculous. This isn't an attack on a poster, it's simply calling a spade a spade.

I've seen much worse than this many times on the politics forum. The Obama bashing (his race and implied religious beliefs) make the Nazi reference look like a compliment. FYI, I'm an independent and dislike both candidates.

I hope your personal viewpoints aren't influencing the punishment given to Doc.

Not laughing at you but just FYI I am politically further to the left than Doc on his best day. I just have to be careful what I say and try to be fair because I am a moderator.

I despise the current leadership in the white house for what they have done to the country and currently live abroad because of what America has become.

If I believed in any kind of supreme being I would actually pray that Barack Obama wins this election. I would have prayed for Hilary also if thought any of that kind of thing would make any difference.

I'm stuck with hoping the American people can overcone their prejudices and elect a black man as our president. I know all Americans are not prejudiced but deep down I believe there are more than meets the eye and that scares me.

The Democratic party should win this election with a canidate named "to be announced" but instead they let a black man and a devisive woman split the party in half for months and now all hopes are riding on IMO a very capable Barack Obama but unfortunately deep rooted prejudice is a very difficult thing to overcome.

Can anyone imagine 4 or even worse 8 more years of this insanity.
