Do you think Shrink is Fair When Handling Disputes?

I have noticed there has been a lot of disputes lately and I wanted to know how ya'll thought they have been handled.

Do you think The Shrink usually sides with the player or the sportsbook. Or do you think he is pretty neutral or at least trys to be.

What are your thoughts and comments on this?
