I know it sounds like a silly question, but I think Georgie may have some sort of mental disorder than causes him to mass murder.

I mean, let's consider the facts :

Mental Patients are often treated with medicine (meds) to pillow their mental conditions. Let's think about this now, when Georgie was a Coke Head and an Alcoholic he didn't kill anyone (that I'm aware of) .. heck, he even slithered out of the war so he DID NOT have to kill anyone (or be killed). BUT BUT BUT, I'm starting to think it was the drugs do the talking back then.

Consider the facts since Georgie went off drugs and put down the bottle.
1. Set the Texas record for MOST executions
2. Started TWO (yes, TWO) wars in only TWO years of presidency and is always talking about more WAR, WAR, WAR (Liberia, Iran, Korea) ... although I think we might actually be able to help Liberia, Georgie only sees an opportunity to KILL, that's what serial killers live for ... the thirst of blood, the adreniline .. SO LET'S "BRING EM' ON" (and MURDER THEM).

I think the facts are clear - Georgie is a serial killing psychotic mental patient.
