Technically you are right. However, prostitution is still illegal there also, if I am correct.

Yes, 1000% you will not be turned away by offshore books for living in nevada.

Actually a lot of pros move out there to take advantage of the huge discrepancies that they find between their off-shore outs and the local casinos. You will find some great value i am sure.

Intertops won't let you play with them, otherwise there are no limitations.

Vegas books have turned into clones. There are no discrepancies anymore. They know exactly what the offshores are offering.

Only in Clark County, which is the county Vegas resides in.

Also, RICHS SPORTSBOOK kicked my out after they questioned why I had an offshore account if I lived in Vegas.

RICH'S was absolutely one of the worst offshore sportsbooks of all-time.

That RICH was a real character that was totally clueless.

That is actually a good point. IMO, many books are afraid of Vegas residents because they think they are wise guys. Hence, they may use the Nevada angle as an excuse to terminate your account.

Even for a small time wussy bettor such as myself? They will probably go back and see that they never have to send me any $ and keep my business.

i have many friends who play both off-shore and in the casinos. They haven't had any problems with the "big boys". If you stick with the big established books such as those on the Don best screen, etc., you will have zero problems. Good luck out there.

I have never heard of any book other than Intertops refusing to give an account on basis of Nevada residence. Only others are ones that don't accept any Americans.

I have never had a single problem with that. I believe VIP has a notation somewhere in their site which says they prohibit NV residents from opening an account.
