Whilst some casinos have very hard game settings (increasing the house edge to a HUGE amount) I don't think you can reasonably judge ANY casino on 4 hands! If you are looking at the payout % for a casino and then comparing it against your experience, you have to remember that payout %'s are based on MILLIONS of hands played. The games are way too streaky to make that comparison. Over such a small sample size it will be down to luck and any mistakes you make.
On BJ, are you playing Perfect Strategy? That would help a lot, but still won't guarrentee you anything over such a small sample. Go to vegas and play 5 hands, you can abosolutely loose it all.
The only way to have any chance at all at a casino is taking a medium-term view, playing low (house) margin games, using proper playing strategies (not the BS ones people try to sell you) go to wizardofodds.com for the better ones (at least he backs them up with stats and big sample size tests), and using bonuses with lower playthrough requirements.
The advantage is with the house, always. Accept it. Play for entertainment, get your best weapons, and don't judge things on tiny sample sizes.
BTW, I'm not saying that SirBet or any other book's casino is good, just set your expectations in a realistic place.
You need 1,000's of hands to make any kind of valid statistical conclusion. Where ever you play, hope things work out.
