Do Multi-State books vary lines across states?

Wondering if the big operators offer different lines/spreads on the same game across different states they operate in?
So say does FanDuel give worse odds on the Knicks in New York than in Ohio?

As best as I can see they do not do this which seems a bit puzzling to me, unless folks have an ability to bet in multiple states and arb (which in most cases would be hard with geofencing or in person only betting).

A good question. My guess only, is that it's on the rare side, but could happen. For the most part, everything seems so automated and cookie cutter, it doesn't happen. This could change if certain states make sports betting legal. I'm thinking Florida and Texas here due to their size only, but just a guess.

Thanks DoublePlayBall.
I would think think there are some pretty big east coast states now (NY, PAN, NJ) that would justify a line difference.

I might post this over on the main board see of anyone has ever seen differences.

There is no doubt the line varies from state to state. NY did 1.63 billion in handle in Dec.
Compare that to the other state who did 950 and 870 million. Nv. who did 1.3 handle.
Most of the lines are similar but regionally East Coast online books and teams.
I'm sure more action is on the East Coast teams to make a difference of up to 1.5 to 2 pts.

Thanks Fredo777, that is definitely my suspicion too but I am not seeing how it happens.
It seems everyone is funneled into the same page with odds listed. Have you ever seen a page that was specifically tailored to one state?
