Disconnects with a book... Attn: RIO Shill

Finally talked with Mike, he seemed OK, but not full of answers, then hold...crap music... disconnect...yet again... End result, no RIO books for me until football season. What I did get out of the guy was no free withdrawal from IIS, I was negotiating this point, wanted one free NT a month, then disconnect...

I'll wait until football season. Never a problem with RIO group paying me, or going out of their way to get me promised promotions, in fact they went to great lengths to fulfill their obligations with basketball promo. They went as far as ordering a CSU jersey and cap from CSU bookstore , and sending it Fed-ex, after a delay.

Greatly appreciated, as it was a gift for my brother, that went there. A + on filling their offers !

However this is a what have you done for me lately business, lately you hang up on me, after transfering calls.

My impression is you don't want baseball action ! I'll oblige .

They're probably like any other mediocre book and don't like booking bases but do so not to lose any customers! Being put on hold or disconnected by any book is bush league at the least!

first of all it could of been a mistake, i mean why would they want to hang up on ya, I believe you are taking it out of context.

also I believe , may be wrong about this IIS
is a sister-book of RIO/SKYBOOK.

Jim, you want to bash us also, you can do so all you want. You also will not be eligible to participate in our contests. Enjoy your day. For anyone else who would like to bash us, please feel free to say anything you would like ad nauseum. However, we will not allow those who bash us to participate. Played at Rio, Skybook, II, etc., never won any "real" money there but always enjoyed the experience, with the possible exception of lack of lines on some off sports, i.e., tennis, etc. Really liked the sites and, as to the contests, well What do you say to someone who is potentially giving out free money? Schill as you can see for this contest you have running here and at Major Wager I'm not in it already cause I had no intentions on entering any of your contests anymore anyway! Thanks for the 2 wins and the small payout on one! What I can't state that horse wagering at Skybook takes 4 hours during the day and 12 hours after 8pm to be graded! These contest wins are to promote people to your book. Well I played and stated what I experienced! Thats ALL! If i'm booted for speaking the truth than so be it!
