Very Classy on your part Mr.Hill. Would like to hear the outcome. Would be a plus to your shop cause there are negative thoughts so far on this thread!

Didn't take long to shoot that email off for a guy that said, "getting my money back is not a big reason for the post." ;)

Not saying he's wrong, just full of crap -- I'd want my money too.

This man Bill is indeed a southern gentleman. Always telling me about their promos, etc.

Problem resolved.

I spoke to Mr Hill.

Their policy is normally to allow people to withdraw online and see that the bonus is being retained. If they object, they call and are allowed to still earn the bonus with a $50 betting limit.

In my case, my account was locked and I never saw my balance nor allowed to see that the bonus was kept. The fellow I spoke with never told be that I was losing the bonus nor was I given the $50 option. We simply agreed that he would Neteller me my balance.

Mr Hill was genuinely sorry that the procedure wasn't followed and agreed to return the entire bonus ( I would have settle for a prorated bonus).

Dimeplayer uses another company to run some algorithm to spot sharks. I got caught in the net because of two large $1000 bets I made on Oak on 12/18 (one ML and one at +3). Note: I called at sign-up to have my limit raised.

I'm fine with being banned as sharp. No, I'm thrilled to be considered sharp. And now that the bonus is cleared-up better than I expected, I'm happy with Dimeplayer.

Mr Hill called me on the way to his kid's soccer game. I feel kinda crappy ruining his evening now. I'd even bet a dime on his kid's team, ... if I could.

Ryan is a pleasure to deal with, as you found out firsthand.

I would be very surprised if DIMEPLAYER did not continue to prosper, considering he is at the helm.

They are being VERY careful about who they are allowing to play. I can say that for sure.

Not me. :nono5:

If I was backing the player, and the player later turned out to be a scammer, then I could be considered gullible.

But as it turns out, and as I suspected, the guy's story appears to be legit, and it appears that Ryan Hill did the right thing in the end and paid the guy.

P.S.

Thanks to the player for coming back and reporting honestly that the issue was resolved...

Thats seems to be forgotten sometimes, even when there was issues on both sides, you never hear that the player was taken care of, or "given" something extra....

It seems after the board serves it purpose, they dont use it anymore..

Not the case with this player....

First off we would like to thank all of the players that support us and recognize that we always try to do what is best for our customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service. With that said, I would like to announce that I will be on the forums, when possible, in order to better communicate with our customers. Also, the "southern gentleman" has been with Legendz Sports since day one, and is not the same Bill that was with BetPanAm.

It is the same guy, it's way too coincidental

when I called Dimeplayer he answered and instanly it rang in my head this was the same voice I used to talk to at Pan Am who used to feed me horseshitt excuses as to why they couldnt transfer money to my flex card

I just cannot believe its a coincidence that Pan Am has a "southern gentleman" named bill and now so does Dimeplayer, also located in Panama
