The d.a. found plenty of evidence, on his own admission, to go ahead and press charges, physical evidence, this is not the 1950's rape cases are a common practise and the trained proffesionals dealing with them have a very high degree of accuracy in their judgment of whether a rape or not came to pass, when a rape case goes to court esp. against a powerfull multibillionaire super star that means that the evidence is overwhelming.

Actually the thing is I have no sympathy for Bryant. Book deals, OD's , Suicide attempts, bragging at parties, its all pure speculation and typical in these type of cases. We neeed to wait and see what the real evidence is. I don't think the behavior of either one of the principals after the alleged rape is of any real consequence at this point. Who really knows if that girl was even at a party, never mind what she said. On the other hand if Kobe wants to blow 4 Mil. on a ring to keep the peace in his house so what, its his dough. Time will tell, I hope. Funny thing is I was on Mike Tyson's side when he went through his case, but something about this case causes me to say hold up and show me what you got for edividence. Anyway all the e-gossip is a waste of time and really comes down to Laker fans versus non-Laker fans here at the Rx., problem is this is real life and not some basketball game.
