It likely isn´t the DGS software but the decision of the book you are playing with. The software provides options and it is up to the book to choose to close the races when gates open, at post time, 1 minute before etc.

Ask your book what they use and if they have changed the setting recently.

On a side note, doesn´t it seem like whenever you get shutout the horse always wins? Missed a sizeable exacta recently because of that!

Yo, NES......DGS is all good on closing times....been checking the last few races, comparing them to the tube. Make sure all your computers are set on the correct time, and make sure it matches perfectly your DGS feed...

If they all match, everything should be fine....

Thanks E, I'll check out the clock, I havent heard anymore complaints since I posted this. Im sure if there were any problems DGS fixed it right away. Lonestar was the track in question by the way.
