The Stars find themselves one point behind Chicago and one point ahead
of St. Louis in the Central Division. Knowing that Detroit has won the last
6 games in Dallas is a worry but I believe Dallas, who is leading the league
in goals (202) will continue that trend tonight. Stars love Monday games
winning 9 of 11 and are 20-6 after scoring just 2 goals in previous game.

Bushay, for some reason, Dallas has been a nightmare for me betting.

The Stars are a pretty good team until I take them.

Like my chances tonight even though Detroit has owned them when playing in Dallas.

Detroit starting Howard tonight. Normally not a recipe for success of late as a few of us feel hes not recovered fully from last season groin injury that cost him his starting job which he never recovered from. The team just plays with more confidence in front of Mrazek. Dallas i'm sure is a pretty safe play tonight. The pickup of Russel will benefit the Stars but i've also seen too many times when a new player is brought in everyone jumps on them that night and they let you down. That being said i'm not even sure if he plays tonight or not.

I'm guessing the only poster losing more than me on Dallas this season is my friend Bourn
and he's a die-hard Stars fan.

If Bourn had stayed off Dallas...he might be leading the RX NHL Contest.
