What everyone liking, first look to me -3.5 chargers team at home looks like a good play, i know steelers owned them last weekend but that second half once they stopped trying to run the ball so much with lt they showed some life.. I see chargers d stepping up and being a big factor in this game with a couple big turnovers. Also like over a little.

I feel like this is the perfect spot for chargers to blow up.. they gave up 38 points 2 weeks ago to the steelers and were absolutely dominated 1h, they are at home facing a 5-0 team who has 4 leaf clovers in every one of their assholes but they shit them out this week.. charges defense, who hasnt showed up all year, will be balls to the wall this game with lots of turnovers and blitzes and 3 and outs. Chargers have alot of playmakers with jackson and gates and sproles and lt when used correctly they are amazing.. I also have a gut feeling that river's will have one of the best games he's ever had in a primetime monday night game at home going against the "top" defense in the league... any agreements or oppositions? :toast:

Denver 1st half and Denver game

I don't expect San Diego to develop much of a run game once again, and I don't think Rivers will carry them all the way. This could even be a blowout. People doubting Denver and saying theyve had a weak schedule, which they have, but they are a very good team especially defensively. I think this is a statement game. Denver and San Diego teams whom are going in opposite directions, San Diego as a favourite is a not a smart bet. There is almost seven points of value in Denver +4.

Computer lines make it from 3 to 4. Great cases can be made for both sides. IMO, San Diego will bring serious energy here, and has the psychological edge. San Diego is worth a small play here.

Every capper out there saw the Bolts implode against the Steelers last Sunday night immediately after Denver held off the Patriots in a very emotional win.

I was really hoping for a pickem here beause I knew what would happen tonight. Unfortunately, Vegas is pretty smart (sharp).

The Chargers D has done a lot of soul-searching these past two weeks after being embarrassed by the Steelers and being called out by their GM. They've had a bye to get ready and they know that if Denver wins, they are 3+ games out of first. This team will be ready for the Broncos. Don't get me wrong, the Broncos will score a few but it will not be enough to cover.

Denver on the other hand will have a hang over from the Patriots win. Hell, Josh may still be drinking Jimmy Beam after beating his old boss.

Denver is a solid team that takes care of the ball on offense and they have a real nice defense. But the Bolts will be flying high and throwing the skin around. I predict they use the pass to "set up the run". Champ can't cover Gates AND Vincent Jackson. One of those 2 will have a nice game.

Close first half (17-10) and in the 2nd half the Chargers expose Denvers D and win:

34-24 (Broncos get a late meaningless TD).

LOL, love the excuses ppl keep making. When they started 3-0 by beating Cincy, Cleveland and the Raiders, it was "they haven't play anybody, wait till they play Dallas next week" Then they beat Dallas and suddenly it was "Well let's face it Dallas isn't very good, just wait till they play NE next week, then they'll show their true colors" Then they beat NE. Now it's "Well NE is pretty average this year so they still haven't beaten anyone. Just wait until they play _____________ (fill in the blank). Denver SHUT OUT the Pats the second half. Seriously, how can you give them ZERO credit. 5-0, regardless of schedule is pretty damn hard to do in the NFL, especially when a lot of experts picked you to have 5-6 wins all year. Denver is a very good team and they would be competitive if not beat the Ravens, Vikings and Giants, two of which they play this year.

Denver D is solid, their running game is once again very good, their WR's are above average to excellent and Kyle Orton isn't just managing games anymore, he is actually contributing to help the team win. They are a very complete football team.

Cracks me up how everyone keeps doubting and will keep losing going against them. Just saw that stat on espn they havent allowed a 3rd down conversion in 2nd half of last 3 games?!?!?! Thats pretty damn impressive. Makin this tough on myself when it should be easy.........DEN +3.5 Im thinkin as of now :toast:
