Lander, before you question Bush's intelligence, maybe you should go back to school and learn that it is geological factors that cause earthquakes, not physics.

If we're going to make up politicians making stupid statements it really would be more believable to have Bush saying it. General Clark exudes professionalism and would never say such an idiotic thing. Noe Dean on the other hand...
