a tie is a loss. you are right. There is no OT as in NHL. If draw after regulation there is an immediate penalty shoot out for an extra point.
Regulation win 3 points, Penalty win 2 points, penalty loss 1 point.

Bets are all after regulation as DEL is 3-way betting at most books. If you have a book that offers 2-way betting it would be great to know.
