What excuse is he gonna make?
All the bragging after the wins now what?
I can only imagine what he will say

He will say a great team beat us. We have some work to do this week to get ready for another great team in USC. We will see y’all back in Boulder. I mean pretty simple. Not sure where all this comes from. Confidence and cockiness are different things. It’s funny people can not understand the difference.

That's what he should say. Not sure of all the hatred for a guy who has already exceeded last year's win total, has the entire country talking about his team and will, no doubt, have one of the best recruiting classes next year. He certainly is not the loser.
He is no different than when he played...at FSU or in the NFL/MLB. Oregon blows them out in this game, but their coach comes off as an angry, poor imitation of the motivator that comes to Prime naturally.
You should also keep in mind that for every opponent, there are a handful of players who would rather be in Boulder.

Deion has taken the transfer portal and NIL to the extreme, 86 new players, shat on the entire team that was there, that is not good for college football, but it is happening everywhere, not to this extreme, but everywhere. New enforcement this season not allowing two transfers with no one year "sit" is a step in the right direction.

His son reportedly got $5M in NIL money. His son has a very big mouth.

Deion will leave Colorado for a powerhouse elite biig name program and make bigger money than he is now, and be in the limelight. I think his spoiled son is playing his last year, is eligible for the draft.

Prime will not leave Colorado after this season. Same goes for his son. Travis Hunter is like a son to Prime & a brother to Shedeur. They are not going to abandon Travis & leave him there by himself at Colorado. He can't transfer anywhere & is not draft eligible.

The rest of the story is, "86 new players, shat on the entire team that was there"...from a 1-11 team.

1. Caleb Williams, USC
2. Drake Maye, North Carolina
3. Shedeur Sanders, Colorado
4. Quinn Ewers, Texas
5. Riley Leonard, Duke
6. Bo Nix, Oregon
7. Joe Milton III, Tennessee
8. J.J. McCarthy, Michigan
9. Michael Penix Jr., Washington
10. Michael Pratt, Tulane

Mel Kiper's draft board (before yesterday), looks to me like Shedeur might be going early in the draft... still just the first part of the season, but he looks like a very possible first rounder. NO WAY Prime Time makes him stay.

Still does not change my mind. I am 1000% confident he is not leaving after this season. Travis won't be eligible until the 2025 draft. They are not leaving him behind.

I did NOT say Deion would leave after this season. Read what I wrote, again. He will not be there very long, though, and Shedeur is a goner after this season if he stays in the top half or so QBs on Kiper's board.

Read what I said, Shedur is NOT LEAVING after this season. I'd be willing to put a sizable wager on that

The Oregon coach DID come off as a little douche....didn't he.

How on Earth do you know he’ll stay? You cannot and it makes zero (0) sense for him to stay.

I say, if he stays on the Kiper board he’s gone.

He’s listed as the FIFTH overall pick by Kioer.

Its like Facing Willie Mosconi in a pool tournamnet and he runs 546 balls and you never get a chance to shoot.
That beating will give loads of wake up experience and Colorado will come back and have learned more from that one game - then all those players learned in their High School days and college level games combined.
I wouldn't count them out vs USC as they have a terrible defense.

I may have a play on them (Colo) for that game.

Jealously is driving opposing coaches into ripping Deion Sanders every chance they get. It is sad that opposing coaches are too insecure in their lives and can't give the guy credit or acknowledge that he may be helping kids become men. As far as the transfer portal....Deion Sanders did what every single coach would have done if they could have. Sanders is just better at it!

Is he a great coach? Hell, I don't care if he is. He seems to be connecting to with kids every stop he has made and it is quite evident that those kids genuinely love him. Is that really bad?

If/when he turns his back on one of his players like 99% of the coaches ultimately do, then I'll acknowledge it and admit I am wrong.

Deion Sanders is a type of coach the NCAA needs more of and I believe he is doing an exceptional job given the hand he was dealt originally.

You are spot on. People are just reaching to find something to hate about the guy etc.

"We play for wins, they play for clicks."

Classic.

I don't buy that all coaches hate him. I think they are just looking for extra ways to motivate their kids.

Not hard when he starts all the racial nonsense. I was rooting for him. Some people can pull off the cocky look and make it seem kinda cool some can't. He actually did to some extent especially as a player seemed like he was just having fun with it.
All the " they don't like a confident black man" type nonsense is old and lame
I even forgot the whole HBU obsession he had but too much with all of it.
