According to the local Sportscaster Channel 4 in LA has reported that NFL has a video of the locker room. From his own words, "NFL reportedly has a video tape of Patriots locker room attendant who allegedly took game balls from the officials, to another area on the way to the field before the AFC Championship game." If true, then Pats Owner Kraft, will not get an apology from the NFL.

I heard a stats guy on an ESPN show state that the Pats from 2007 to 2014 have the best non fumbling team in the NFL.......they average 48 plays per fumble while the rest of teams average 29 plays per fumble......its not the coach teaching not to fumble because the Pats were amongst the league from 2001 to 2006 on fumbling......something is definitely not right, something shady is going on

new info: guy went to bathroom for 90 seconds! He had to pee, unless he has the speed of an international jewel thief. This is why it is important to wait for more info ... a man going to pisser for 30 seconds does not qualify as definitie proof. He would have had to do each ball, perfectly, in 7.5 seconds flat, not including removing them from bag. Can we please let this play out, people?

The other area was a bathroom for 90 seconds. The Patriots turned over the video footage to the NFL early last week. Part of me thinks these leaks are coming directly from Belichick as a crazy form of revenge to see if he can get the media to run tests to see how long it takes a guy to take a piss, with and without washing his hands. I think we can agree he probably didn't let air out of 11 footballs in 90 seconds, and a semi-public bathroom probably isn't where you'd try to pull something like that off anyway.

Hey, I'm still waiting for a response in the other thread. Did you forget about me? Funny to find you've moved onto another thread to throw around unfounded allegations.

Who did you like as the #1 RB in NE this year? Turns out Belichick liked whoever the fuck doesn't fumble the ball, just like every year. Shocker.

This is absolutely out of control, enough with the bashing of the pats,,,do all of you really despise New England that much. Do you actually believe that the pats success over the past decade is attributed to deflated balls!!!!! The ridiculous theory of fumbling is stupid, how about coaching and discipline, how many times have you seen a fumble, dropped pass, or missed assignment by a pats player, he's benched immediately. Extremely disappointing to deal with all the negativity heading into the biggest game of the year. The nfl has no proof of anything yet, and until so, let it go all you haters.

I would suspect the main reason for the uproar is quite simple. The Patriots were caught cheating before so if anything happens that doesn't appear to be above board, the public will come down like a hammer (whether they are guilty or not). And that's real life. It's no different than someone that's been convicted of a crime. If you don't believe me, go talk to someone that has to put prior arrests on a resume and ask them how difficult it is to get a job. Talk to a sex offender that's been put on Megan's list. It's what happens in all walks of life, not just football. I find many defenses for the Patriots to be irrelevant. For example, "it doesn't matter that the balls were deflated because they would have beaten the Colts anyway". I would agree, but that has nothing to do with it. It's like saying Nixon shouldn't have been impeached because he would have won the election anyway. Many of the other arguments I hear are acting like we are in some court of law. Sorry, we're not. They found 11 balls that were deflated and the NFL will need to get to the bottom of it. That's pretty much the situation, regardless of all the side show comments. And FWIW, I have no dog in this fight. Just trying to look at things objectively.

If NE were found guilty, the punishment should be increased due to their record. But, that still doesn’t mean the burden of the accuser changes. The Pats are innocent until proven guilty. If they are proven guilty they should – and will – be treated as repeat offenders. But to date, there is a TON of doubt as to the guilt – the NFL has no evidence of wrongdoing. And, many reports – such as Mort saying the balls were 2 lb light (when they are only 1) have been wrong. The key is, before jumping to condemn and convict, one must wait for evidence that meets a burden. And I don’t mean the burden as in a court of law. I am simply saying that reasonable people will wait for evidence – unreasonable people will simply call for the guillotine.

The Pats transgressions in the past do not change the burden, they chance the punishment if – and only if – the burden is met.

Are you seriously comparing videotaping from a certain vantage point what 80,000 people could see live to molesting a child? WTF? If I put a speeding ticket on a job application nobody would give a shit.

Again guys, this isn't a courtroom. And my comments are simply analogies (you're working too hard on it Jibba). If you want me to make it easier, than just think how people react to someone after they have been caught committing a crime (and not a simple misdemeanor like a speedy ticket....that's kinda lame Jibba since no one is putting something that minor on a resume) . I'm simply saying, the reaction with the Patriots is not all that unusual.

You're not making sense. If you can't back it up, maybe don't throw around silly accusations.

Chonce, I think I gave you perfect analogies on how "reasonable" people react. They expect people that have had transgressions in the past to be well above board on everything. And therefore you get the type of reaction we are seeing.

I'm sorry you don't understand what I'm saying (or more the case, choose not to) I suspect you're acting that way because you don't have a valid retort to my comment. Life is simply going to be a little more difficult and a reasonable person would expect nothing less (whether you are the one committing the crime or the one looking at the criminal).

Don't bother with Jibba, I stopped answering him because its like talking to a wall........he prefers his thoughts are 100% correct & everyone else is wrong.....it also doesn't help his argument since he's a homer from Boston.

Guys, you all have good valid points. Let's wait & see what the NFL comes up with their investigations. Sure, it's fishy at this point for the attendant taking the footballs in the head room where there's no cameras. Either this guy took a piss or picked up footballs that we're already under inflated. What else could it be? Again, let's wait for the NFL findings.

Really? That's the best response you could come up with?
