I'll have to agree with lander, here. I would also include drunk drivers on the list to be severely punished along with the pot and crackheads. I get sick and tired of seeing these 10 year old kids getting dragged along a cinder block wall for twenty feet because the dumbass didn't see him. It was like one long blood stain.
