Sad to report our good friend Doug passed away this morning. Can't believe it, just had dinner with him and his wife two months ago. 63 years young. For those of you who pray, say one for him.

Wow, I'm sad to hear this news.

He sent me many PM's and we had some good conversations. He seemed like a very nice man. I really wish I would've had the chance to meet him in person.

Known him for several years now, he and I did a lot of trading in the market and talked stocks constantly. Was just having a valve replacement and one graft and it went just plain bad. Wife and one son who's a pretty sharp cookie.

Fort Worth, took him and his wife to a great steak house, Del Frisco's in downtown Fort Worth. We had a great time, never saw this coming.

Not far behind at 58. Been working in my garden most of the day so I can reflect on a whole lotta shit. AND, death and taxes were not on the list. But something like this sure puts a lot of things in proper perspective. GL today and during the tourneys men!

Gonna sit back the rest of the night and have a few Macallan's in honor of my good friend. Thanks to all that stopped in, this was a good guy, trust me.

When he spoke to me, he reminded me of an old school kind of Doyle Brunson kind of guy.
