That's funny, Dnoonan....usmcmp just posted in another thread: "the clouds have begun to get darker. Calling for showers by sunset, getting heavier as the night goes on." Funny how 2 observers can see things so differently. What's it doing now?

I am in NW DC and the skies are grey....you can't actually see the outline of any clouds, just a blanket of grey. Still not much wind or rain. The stadium is a decent trip from DC FWIW, not like the good old RFK Joe Gibbs days when it was nothing but burgundy, gold and roudiness on the metro...RFK was soooo much better than FedEx IMO.....

I was down at the capitol when I posted that....skies are definitly gray.

Local radar shows the first band of showers around Quantico, which is about 40 minutes south of the city, an hour or so south west of Fed Ex.

Main body of rain is just hitting the VA border....

Cloudy 68 degrees
wind from the NE at only 5mph
88% humidity which has risen since I checked an hour ago
30.03 inches of pressure and steady.

as of 7.20 no rain. the main weather guy here says the rain will less than anticpated early should not arrive until near midnight type of thing.it dosent matter its all about gibbs and parcells the players are incidental here.
