The finals is a game of adjustments.... LA could not fucken guard anyone.. everone other than gortat shot over 50 percent+ (gortat 0-1)... Offensively the lakers just got spanked, they know this. This is the fucken finals and coachs and players stress DEFENSE. This is a wake up call. I expect lock down defense next game... and honestly even if we dont get lock down defense this game STILL goes under... look at first two games.. Also keep in mind lakers shot 51% with all those ridicious missed shots at the end of game.
Skip to my Lou had his first good game in a fucken long ass time.. 8-12 with 20 points. the dude flippin got some airtime at the end of the game. i say good. Honestly, i could not be happier with this streetballer with an overconfidence ego. we all know your a carrer 38.5 percent shooter and even worse in this years playoffs.. i say fire away.... go out there and PROVE that your better than JAMER who is gonna take your playing time next year... c'mon man its your big chance to win the master of panic's heart and get yourself playing time and a more $$$ in the future. I'll fade rafer anyday.
Additionally, last game there were 20 fast break points, while the first two games there were 8 and 4 respectively.. HELLO?!?! this aint the regular season. the top defensive team and a running team like LA should NOT be giviing up 20 fast break points. Coachs and film will MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE SHIT and they know next time that this shit aint happening again. Also, i would like to stress how MUCH fast break points help the over (even more than FT)... literally no time comes off the coach and 2 free points. C'mon... at least Fts you gotta run a play and get to the hoop or throw it into dwight and let him work. and FTs dont guarentee 2 free points (as we seen today)
Playoff pressure, i cannot stress this any more. there will b missed fts. i would love to get a comprehsive on how players do in FTs in the playoffs vs year vs. the regular season play. must be horrible.
Lakers crack down on defensive nxt game. they do not wanna be down 2-2 with another game at orlando. Though this isn't "much win"... a egotistical freak like kobe beat himself up yesterday. he will not be able to look himself in the mirror if he doesn't perform next game. C'mon we all saw how french air jordan shake and baked him on that fast break... kobe knows that, hell hes probably watching it on film right now. defense will be there
The bright beacon for lakers was gasol... 8-10 or sompthing? to lazy to check... I'm sure lakers will try to get him more touches. but big dwight will step up too. defensive players of the years don't like it when their assignment goes 8-10 on them.
Honestly, heres how i see it.. lakers shut down defense and orlando runs their give to dwight so he can work and throw it out to the corner that rotates the ball 3 times and rafar airballs the corner 3. run that slow ass pased offensive.. both teams.
PLus, we all know how the public over values the lakers offense
