I don't blame the books one bit, you got so much shit going on in football today, and I'm not even referring to the injuries. If I was booking (disclosure: did it once and hated taking people's paychecks), I wouldn't put out a total until the night before a game. You can't trust the players anymore, they think they're above all including the law, and when the storm hits, bettor beware.

TC, I'm a stat man OC, so I wouldn't look at numbers too damn hard right now if you're seeking value. Like I posted, ECU gets their second best receiver back Saturday, that shit isn't really in the stats since he's been out a couple of weeks. There's a few more I'm looking at, key players in or out. I saw your post about them getting their #2 receiver back. The numbers make this a no play for me. ECU has a great, very up tempo offense, which can contribute to some high scoring games. USF is the polar opposite, though. ECU has a decent defense, as well. USF did show some promise with their passing game for the first time this year against Wisky last week. Before that it was awful. GL on the play, I'll keep you/it on my radar for it.

True story. I have owned my own businesses for years. Back in the mid-90's, my book gets busted, don't know how he managed to get on the radar, but I was on the phone with him trying to place a bet while the cops were standing right there. So he goes down, and there's a bunch of guys without a local now....I wasn't into offshore then. So a couple of the guys decide I should take up the mantle so the action can continue. I reluctantly agree to do this, I've got the money to back it, but the time element was my concern. I only knew about 4 or 5 of this guys players, but he's got a pretty good book, and man, they start calling right away. Placing the most ignorant bets I'd ever heard of. Come on, an 8-teamer, really? I paid a good friend of mine to pick up the money each week because I couldn't stand to look at some of these guys as they gave me what they'd made for the week. Freakin pitiful. I couldn't believe how much money could be made doing this, but I'm on the giving away side, not taking from people. NOW, taking from Vegas and the offshores is a different matter my friend. Can't get enough, lol. GL
