Dime Bag, I can understand your frustation, I guess u must feel impotent by not being able to discharge your agression phisically, so u turn to this post to do it, that's really pathetic, but well, I guess some people's lives are so hollow and boring, that they need to fill it messing with other people, I think u should worry more about doing yourself a good job than spend your time critisizing other people's job's. I prefer not to take it to the physical level, I am a man of peace. I did talk to Jim on a personal level and away from everyone else so dont pretend to understand my frustration. If you like Jim good for you, and it is your right to defend him, you are a good friend. I also have the right to state the facts from my own perspective. I dont feel impotent since I did the right thing and chose walking away from a bad situation rather than feeling bad about where I was at and am a better man becuase of it. So give up your assumptions, I am a person with high self esteem which is why I dont put up with BS, also I can assure you that the owners have nothing bad to say about me as I have a very good work ethic.

Maybe you're not aware of this, but agression is not only physical, it can be verbal, spichological, etc. , so don't tell me you're a man of peace when you're trying to get someone else's job in jeopardy, which by the way it's not going to happen, as u said they ran a very good operation and jake and charles r very good also, and as far as I know they're also very pleased with jim's performance. I'm happy u found a good job, just try not to make people around u insecure by saying bad things about ex co-workers. Peace

Good point, I never would want the guy to lose his job, I dont hate him I just think he is a dick. My point is that you have to treat people underneath you with respect, dont shit on the people underneath you because you never know when they may be in the position to help you. In my opinion this guy pushed away more than one good employee, and potential friends as well and it was completely uncalled for.

I did work there for awhile, great operation, nice office, good service. Only problem is that Jim is a First-Class piece of shit. He sucks, treats people like shit, and is the number one reason that they have lost half of their good employees.

Dimmo I know what you state before, among this industry you will find more than one ass hole who thinks that being a manager or an owner give them the right to treat their employees like sh!t (trying not to pay when they fire the guy, yelling and more examples) They just need to respect other people under their manage, maybe that way everybody would put more effort, and help more. But this is what they dont understand and this is why this guys tried to pick on you, cuz they got no clue about respecting others, this is my point of view. If you know how to respect you get respect. Dont need to be an @ss or worst, just know the people, dont transfer them your stress or frustrations....

And Dimmo boy is good that you didnt let this guys here brake ur nerves, cuz for sure they trying to. And for them and all people like that :finger: :finger:

In fact it´s not nice at all to know that you´re nothing more than a number, or somebody that showing respect doesn´t receive the same, and when asking for it you could get fired or in the best cases ignored.

I consider mylsef as a very polite and straight person and never keep my mouth shut when something unfair happens.

A good employee is not the one that keeps the mouth shut, is the one that makes other people see that respect is what make us be someone.

Ask for respect or loyalty without respecting other people is like ask for love when kickinng somebody´s ass.

I believe that every human being is equal the only difference is that other people has more money than the others.

People´s value is not what they have or do with others, the real value is what they achieve in everyone else´s mind and esteem just by showing a little interest and respect.

$$$ can´t buy respect, culture and fairness does.
