I opened an account with Supersportbook in February of 2003. www.supersportsbook.com I was looking for a new book and liked what I was told by Renee of customer service before I sent my money. I was told they by Renee that they had a $2,000 internet limit and 10 cent baseball lines-these were the main two reasons I posted up.
I sent them $3,000 and got a 10% cash bonus. That's when I found out after the fact that I could only bet 1k on the internet even though I was told 2k. I was also told they had 10 cent lines on baseball. When baseball came it was 20 cent lines.
So I bet the 2.1 action they told me the requirement was to do when I signed up. Then I requested a payout to get out of this crap book. I was told by Kelvin that I would recieve the $4142 in my account and that I had met my action.
When my check came it was for $3842 minus the $300 bonus that I had met the action for. So for the last month I have called and talked to about eight different people who can't add. They can't seem to figure out that hand written tickets should count as action. They don't want to count these two plays that were done on hand written tickets even though I have provided the date they were placed the clerk who took the bet and the time they were placed. I keep bringing this to their attention and they keep saying they will look into it. Then the next day it's all new to them like i never brought it to their attention.
Yesterday I spoke with Marshall from their auditing department. He told me he saw the two hand written tickets in their system and made it seem like they had all the information they'd need. Today I called and he wants to read me some garbage that they e-mailed me about not meeting the action. I asked to speak to the owner or at least a manager and they told me it was the final decision to withhold my bonus and they wouldn't let me speak to anyone of importance.
I would have kept on betting there if they had been truthful with me about their policies to begin with.
Words of advice, stay away from these liars.
