I emailed and was informed that there is a max. $1000 on the fp and a 2xrollover.
However, the 5-team parlay was not adressed in the response.
I was hoping someone here could help me.

CRIS never publish the propositions when they offer a bonus of some sort.
Other books do. I wonder why.

I had just deposited over a dime two days before Fish brought this to our attention [BTW there was an email I had not checked]. Anyway I called them and they were very quick to add the freeplay. The clerk spoke with a bit of an accent and I swear I could not understand her explanation of how the parlay works. I honestly asked her to repeat the info 4x and still didn't understand. I then gave up and figured I'll find out later.
