I dropped over $5k in the CRIS casino, losing about 95% of the blackjack and pai gow hands I played. I kept thinking I would get a fair shake, and went deeper and deeper in the hole. To add insult to injury, they don't even comp a dime when I asked customer service about it. They just basically laughed at me. If I dropped $5k in Vegas, I would get rooms, dinner, etc.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY.

ppeter just becasue you lost does not prove the casino is fixed. I will leave the thread here Offshore but have edited the title and some text.

I'm not saying I don't believe you, but do you have proof that it was fixed? That's a harsh accusation.

Blackjack is a very streaky game. I have won 16 hands in a
row and 10 several times. You can lose $5000 one day and
then win 1000 ten days in a row.

Losing about 95% would be, for an example, 19 of 20 hands.
Which is very possible. I have had this happen, and it is not
proof of rigging, but entirely within the realm of mathematical
possibilty, albeit rare.

As for comps, a lot of online casinos offer bonuses for initial
deposits, re-ups, etc. But i have never played at Cris.

Again the suckers that play online casinos amaze me
The suckers that whine on the forums amaze me even more. I have wagered millions of dollars at online casinos, and I would guess that my payout is in the 98%-99% region.

Longest losing streak for me.

I lost 22 hands in a row at Sands of the Caribbean and this is one of the more reputable casinos..

I have a copy of the game logs.

Only good thing - flat betting $5 a hand.

I hope your being sarcastic, because that could mean he's just a bad player.

i lost 300 in their casino once. .i too thought it was fixed. .very silly occurances over and over.

but there could be a disclaimer that says "WARNING OUR CASINO IS FIXED, NOT RESPONSIBLE" and people would still drop thousands there.

ppeter, we should have made that trip to vegas.

damn, man 5K. i could see $500 or maybe even 1K, but you went a bit off the rocker. This sounds out of charcter for you.

remember, it is not uncommon to have a nasty run. i am sure you were upping your bets and such, chasing. i could see a problem if you were betting $5-$10 and lost nearly 5K in a short amount of time.

just remember, there is a think called variance, and it can be VERY NASTY at times. You were just on the wrong side this time.

GL to you,

BB

I think over half of them are rigged at least. Nothing to support it, but that's my opinion, and I refuse to play in them. For $300 you can fly to Vegas and play in a real casino, so just do that next time.

You are EXACTLY right my man. I was drinking, had a bad day at the office, had a bad evening at home, and lost control. Definition of bad gambling. I started out playing $20-50 per hand and then got PISSED when I kept losing with 19s and 20s or kept getting dealt lop-lop (no pairs) in pai gow. I upped the bets thinking there was no way I would lose 40-50 hands straight, but low and behold, I just about did. Pissed nearly my entire CRIS acount balance away.

Nevertheless, I will extract revenge on them by kicking their keisters with a big play on the mightly BENGALS this week :suomi:

Simple ! Stay away from these casinos. If you go in there and blow money, you don't have what it takes to beat sports. You may as well buy real cocaine ! It's a better high.

Easier said than done, some of us jones for action 24/7...I am thinking of only playing at places with no online casino (like betjamaica) to avoid the temptation.

That was the good thing about Pinnacle peter, I really feel that them not having a casino in the past was very important for exactly the reason you stated above. I suppose they saw the $$ signs floating in their heads also. Bottom line guys is this......Casino software has difficulty levels that are controlled by the book, software provider, or both. You are simply at their mercy as to what and when it is set at a specific level. What stipulates this is still questionable to all of us because they could base this on a few things. They could change the difficulty levels at certain times of the month, they could base it randomly, letting a certain number of players win a certain amount to keep it realistic, and then take a bundle back from those unlucky enough to catch them at the time of the change, or they could simply crank that difficulty level up after taking a hit in the sportsbook from the public. Each book could operate differently regarding the examples above, but I know for a FACT that there are different settings. Not only has someone from a book basically admitted it in here long ago, but I finally got another casino manager to admit it recently. I don't play these things even close to the amount I used to in the past years, but I know and have experienced many situations mentioned above. Guys, if you see something suspicious going on, as the dealer getting hands that beat yours NO MATTER what you have, don't assume it's going to turn around as it does in real life, because it's not with these online casinos. Just fight the temptation and get out while you can and try again at another time.Remember, this is coming from a guy that has actually had much success playing online, but that doesn't change the fact that it's unfair for them to be able to switch things up on players at will........
